Thank you for your interest in joining our Youth Vendor Market on Friday, August 1, 2025 from 3-7 pm. We are excited to learn more about your incredible business and review your application!
Some quick things to note:
We are only accepting youth vendors with parental/guardian support between the ages of 5-17 years old.
The City of Richmond Farmers Market will provide you with a tent for the market, but you will be responsible for all other setup (i.e. tables, chairs, displays, etc)
Our youth vendors DO NOT pay a booth fee :)
You must be able to set up at least 1 hour before the start of our market AND remain until our 7:00 pm end time.
You must come prepared with your own payment processing system (i.e. cash, payment app, credit card processing etc)
Youth FOOD VENDORS will be required to have additional certification (more details to come once application is submitted)*
